Natural Gas / Propane Heaters

Reliable recirculating heaters are ideal for a wide variety of applications, including high-rise construction, concrete pours, taping and painting operations, and temporary heat for any enclosed area.

These thermostatically controlled heaters not only generate heat, they also circulate the air within an enclosure. This prevents stratification and, in effect, reuses the air which has already been heated. This feature, combined with a high discharge temperature, makes them the most economical means of providing temporary heat, particularly when the enclosure is not tightly sealed.

The compact size and maneuverability of this type of heater also makes them well suited for applications where it is desirable to concentrate heat in a localized portion of a larger, open area, perfect for concrete pours.

Safety Controls

These units are manufactured to the design specifications of Reliable Construction Heaters, Inc. The design of these units is certified by the American Gas Association for both propane and natural gas use.

These heaters are equipped with:

• Air proving switch — Assures that sufficient air pressure for combustion is present. If pressure is not proved, the gas supply is shut down.
• Electronic flame safe-guard system — 10 to 15-second trial for ignition, and 7 to 8-second prepurge. In the event flame is not established, there is a retrial for ignition, followed by complete shutdown if flame failure occurs again.
• High temperature limit — shuts down the gas automatically in the event of excessive heat.
